To configure SRG for NBWM and ADBWM

1Obtain the Virtual Private Network ID and the Zone ID numbers configured at the main office.

2Use Element Manager to enter these numbers in the appropriate fields at Configuration > Telephony > Dialing Plan > Private Network > Dialing Plan - Private Network panel > VoIP subpanel (see the figure Dialing Plan - Private Network panel, VoIP subpanel on page 40).

To configure Alternative Call Routing with attendant service

1Complete the procedure, To configure SRG for NBWM and ADBWM on page 40.

2Obtain the ALTPrefix for the SRG (configured at the main office).
