8-8-1-7 Bracket PF “R” Assy

①BRACKET P/F “R”	1. At first, grease the small shaft of
②GEAR PF IDLE	①BRACKET P/F “R” with EM-501.
③GEAR KNOB	Next, insert ②GEAR PF IDLE,
④GEAR KNOB IDLE	③GEAR KNOB, and ④GEAR
⑤WASHER (1.6*3*0.3)	KNOB IDLE. Lastly, assemble
	⑤WASHER.
	2. Grease the outer diameter of gear
	with EM-501.

	Check ③GEAR KNOB to rotate
	smoothly.

8-8-1-8 Platen Assy

Name of Parts	Method and Procedure
①PLATEN PLATE	1. Paste the ②TAPE D/F onto the
②TAPE D/F	①PLATEN PLATE and set the sub
③PLATEN	Assy into the rectangular hole of the
	exclusive JIG.
	2. Set the ③PLATEN to fit the groove
	of JIG and paste by pushing.
