One-touch dial keys

The one-touch dialling facility is a very easy method of dialling your partner. You can store fax numbers on 69 keys. You need only press one key in order to dial your partner.

Two options are available.

1.Direct configuration of one-touch dial keys

Apart from numbers and names, it is also possible for additional

options to be assigned to a one- touch dial key (see page 73 Alphabet dial options).

If the operator attempts to save an identical fax number under a

one-touch dial key, the system displays an error message. This prevents identical fax numbers from being saved.

Criteria which can be assigned to a one- touch dial key:

2.Assign alphabet dial number to a one- touch dial key

When the fax number has been stored in an alphabet dial memory, it can be additionally assigned to a one-touch dial key. This assignation is not subject to any restrictions, i.e. any one-touch dial key can be used (see page 71).
