Registering Sender Information
In the United States, FCC rules governing the use of facsimile equipment state that your fax/telephone number, personal name or company name, and date and time of transmission must be printed on every facsimile transmission.
The machine has been designed to print this information at the top of every fax you send.
You must therefore register this information in the machine before using it.
Below is an example of how your sender information will print on a fax sent from the machine:
