RECEIVED IN MEMORY
Cause | The machine received the fax in the memory because paper or toner ran out, a |
| paper jam occurred, or incorrect paper size was loaded. |

Remedy | Load correct paper size in the cassette, replace the cartridge, or clear the paper |
| jam. For more information, see the following: |

REMOVE MP PAPER

Remedy | Remove the paper from the |
| If the machine receives the fax when paper is loaded in the |
| feeder, the received document will be stored in the memory. |

SELECT A4/LTR/LGL | |

Cause | When the machine is receiving a fax, the paper size setting is set to a size other |
| than LTR, LGL, or A4. |
|
|
Remedy | Set the paper size setting to LTR, LGL, or A4 and load paper of the same size. |
| The machine automatically prints the fax which was stored in the memory. |

TX LIMIT REACHED | |

|
|
|
Cause | The fax jobs stored in the memory reached the maximum. |
|
|
Remedy | Wait for the machine to send any faxes stored in the memory, then try sending |
| again. |
