¥Load envelopes with the flap side facing away from you. The stamp area is on the left side. The end of the envelope with the stamp area enters the feeder last.

Notes:

¥Do not feed stamped envelopes. The stamp is shown for placement only.

¥Never use envelopes with clasps, snaps, windows, coated linings, or self-stick adhesives. These envelopes may severely damage the machine.

¥Depending on the thickness of your envelopes, the multipurpose paper feeder can hold up to 5 envelopes. If you experience envelope feeding problems, try placing envelopes one at a time into the manual paper feeder.

¥Load letterhead paper with the design facing you. The top edge of the sheet with the logo should enter the printer first.

4.Adjust the paper guides to the width of the print material. Slide the guides until they lightly touch the stack of print material. Do not bend the print material.
