Clearing Memory

You can selectively clear information stored in your machineÕs memory.

1.Press Menu, then press Memory Clear on the one-touch keypad. The display shows the options you can choose to clear.

1.SYSTEM ID : your System ID number and name are cleared from the machineÕs memory.

2.SYSTEM DATA : restores user-selectable options to the default value.

3.PHONEBK&MEMORY : clears the one-touch, speed dial, or group dial numbers stored in memory. In addition, all the Schedule Job operations you have reserved are also canceled.

4.TX-RX JOURNAL : clears all records of transmissions & receptions.

2. Move to the options by pressing ¹ or repeatedly until the one you want to clear is blinking.

3.Press Enter. The display asks you to confirm your selection.

4.Press 1 to confirm. Or use Right or Left to choose ÔYESÕ, then press Enter. The selected memory is cleared.
