Restarting the SOTI MobiControl Connector
1.Navigate to the Control Panel > Administrative Tools.
2.Start the Services application.
3.Click on the SOTI MobiControl Connector service.
4.In the left pane of the screen, click on Restart the service.
Locating the SOTI MobiControl Connector Log File
The SOTI MobiControl Connector Log File is located in the following directory:
%install directory%\logs\zsoticonnector.log
