LAN Cable Connection

Connect the camera to a hub or computer using a LAN cable.

When connecting to a hub

Make use of a straight cable.

When connecting to a computer

Make use of a Cross Over cable.

Memo

Make use of a Category 5 (or higher) cable in the case of 100BASE-TX.

Note

Noises from an external source may cause malfunctions even when the cable used is shorter than 50 m. In this case, use a shielded cable or move the cable away from the noise source.
