Display Console

HEART RATE display: Grasp both touch-sensitive grips to display and monitor your pulse.

Upper display: While you exercise, shows exercise session information and time.

SmartRate display: Blinking horizontal bars appear when the SmartRate feature is activated. Use the SmartRate display to monitor your heart rate and maintain it in your target zone.

QUICKSTART key: Press the QUICKSTART key at the Precor banner to immediately begin exercising. For more information, refer to Choosing

QUICKSTART.

PROGRAMS PROGRAMS key: To begin an exercise session, press a PROGRAMS key to

cycle through the available programs. For program descriptions, refer to

Programs.

 

ENTER key: Use the ENTER key to

confirm responses to specific prompts.

RESISTANCE arrow keys: Use the arrow keys to adjust the resistance.

RESET key: Press this key to end your exercise session and view your workout summary. Pressing the key a second time, causes the display to reset to the Precor banner.
