HEART RATE—displays your heart rate when you grasp both touch-sensitive grips. Refer to Heart Rate Features.

CALORIES—displays the estimated cumulative number of calories burned. The calorie calculation is derived from the pedaling speed, resistance, and your weight. An accurate weight entry results in a more accurate calorie count.

When using QUICKSTART and a weight has not been specified, the default weight is 150 pounds (68 kilograms).

DISTANCE—displays an estimate of your cumulative distance travelled in miles or kilometers based on your resistance level, weight, and caloric expenditure. You can use the DISTANCE display as a unique motivational unit of measurement and realize your fitness goals by varying the elliptical motion of the EFX. Higher resistance levels will result in greater distance travelled.

TIME—displays the amount of time remaining in an exercise session.
