Wrap the Ab Pulley 47 around another 3 1/2
Weight Cable has a bolt, and the other End has a ball on it
Be sure Weight Cable is in the groove of the 3 1/2 Pulley
4 Bolt 57 and a 3/8 Nylon Jamnut
Wrap the Weight Cable 72 around a 3 1/2 Pulley
Cable Trap is turned to hold the Cable in place
Cable in place
Be sure that Cable Trap is turned to hold the Cable in place
Remove the preassembled 3/8 x 1 3/4 Bolts
Do not tighten the Nylon Locknut yet

Hold the Cable 75 in place
