If problems occur that cannot be easily remedied, or if the appliance is under warranty, please contact:

–The Miele Service Department (see back cover).
When contacting the Service Depart- ment, please have the model and serial numbers of your appliance available, both of which can be found on the data- plate visible when the door front is opend above the porthole glass.
