The symbols below are used on the lift system to identify warnings, mandatory actions, and prohibited actions. It is very important for you to read and understand them completely.

Do not sit on mobility device while activating lift or during transport.

Do not open the swing-away hitch adapter with a mobility device on the lift.

Crush Hazard—Pinch/crush points created during assembly and opertion. Keep hands clear.

Crush Hazard—Moving lift can crush. Keep feet clear during operation.

Read and follow the information in the owner’s manual.

Maximum lifting capacity.

Do not use as a step.

Lift system intended for use with unoccupied mobility device. Do not use product to lift people.
