-Water may leak from the socket at the bottom of the appliance when you rinse it.This is normal and not dangerous because all electronics are

enclosed in a sealed power unit inside the shaver. To extend the lifetime of the battery:

-do not charge the shaver for more than 12 hours.

-only charge the shaver when the battery-low light goes on.
