Transfer using the Dial keys

-press the required Dial (DSS) key (internal only)

-when the extension answers, announce the call and replace the handset

or-

- when you hear ring tone, replace your handset

or-

- when you hear busy tone, replace your handset

Return to Caller

If no reply or busy tone is received then you may return to the original caller without attempting to transfer the call.

-press Trsfer Return key

-you are now connected to the caller
