To enable or disable Message Waiting Indicator Dialing Numbers

Message Waiting Indicator Dialing Numbers (MWI DN) are assigned by the administrator. The mailbox subscriber is not allowed to change the numbers. However, the mailbox subscriber can see these MWI DNs in the Telephone Options section, and can enable or disable them individually. Only non-empty MWI DNs are displayed.
