Making/Answering Calls

Answering a 2nd call during a landline call

Handset

1Press MMENUN during a landline call.

2 MbN: “Hold” a MSELECTN

3To answer the 2nd call:

Press MCELLN while the 2nd call is being received.

4To hang up the 2nd call and return to the 1st call (landline call), press MOFFN, then press MN.

Base unit

Press MZN, then press MZN while the 2nd call is being received.

RNote that the current call is disconnected.

Answering a 2nd call during a cellular call

Handset

1Press MMENUN during a cellular call.

2 MbN: “Hold” a MSELECTN

3To answer the 2nd call:

4To hang up the 2nd call and return to the 1st call (cellular call), press MOFFN, then press MCELLN.

Base unit

Press MZN, then press MZN while the 2nd call is being received.

RNote that the current call is disconnected.

Intercom

Intercom calls can be made:

–between handsets

–between a handset and the base unit

Note:

RWhen paging unit(s), the paged unit(s) beeps for 1 minute.

RIf you receive an outside call while talking on the intercom, the interrupt tone sounds (page 35).

–To answer the call with the handset, press MOFFN, then press the corresponding line key.

–To answer the call with the base unit, press MZN 2 times.

Making an intercom call

3 When you finish talking, press MOFFN.

Note:

RYou can also use the MINTERCOMN soft key, if displayed, to make intercom calls.
