Answering system for landline
The answering system can answer and record calls for you when you are unavailable to answer the phone.
You can also set the unit to play a greeting message but not to record caller messages by selecting “Greeting only” as the recording time setting (page 56).
Important:
RMake sure the unit’s date and time setting is correct (page 15).
Memory capacity (including your greeting message)
The total recording capacity is about 18 minutes. A maximum of 64 messages can be recorded.
Note:
RWhen message memory is full:
–“Messages full” is shown briefly on the handset display.
–The indicator on the base unit flashes quickly. (If there are new messages recorded, the indicator flashes slowly until you have listened to the new messages.)
–If you use the
