Selecting the

Display Mode

You can select the display mode for stop, recording and playback modes.

Each time you press DISPLAY button, the display mode will change as shown below.

Elapsed playback/recording time of one message.

2Remaining time

In the playback mode: The remaining time indication of the message.

In the stop and recording mode: The remaining recording time indication.

3Recorded date

The date the current message was recorded.

If the clock has not been set, “----Y--M--D” will be displayed.

4Recorded date and time

The date and time the current message was recorded.

If the clock has not been set, “--M--D--:--” will be displayed.

Only the starting time of the recorded message is displayed. The displayed time does not advance during the recording.

5Message name

The message name will be displayed in the display window.

If the message has no name, the message name will not be displayed in the display window.

1Longer message names

A message name with more than 10 characters will be displayed with the scroll function.

1Sleep display mode

If the unit is left unoperated for more than 3 seconds in the stop mode, the display will turn to sleep display mode as shown below, regardless of the display mode setting.

1To display the current time

Press STOP button during the sleep display mode. The current time will be displayed for 3 seconds in the display window.
