4 Click [Yes] to backup the VOICE folder.

When the backup is not necessary, click [No]. When you select [Yes], the message files currently contained in the “Memory Stick“ are saved in the computer’s hard disk as a VOICE folder. Then all the messages are deleted from the “Memory Stick“ and the new VOICE folder is saved. The message list file is updated to reflect the change.

You can replace by clicking [Add/Replace Messages] in the [File] menu and then [Add Folder/

Replace VOICE Folder], or just clicking in the toolbar.
