GUÍA DE PROFUNDIDAD

PRECAUCIÓN Peligro de laceración. Apague la herramienta y retire el paquete de baterías antes de realizar ajustes o de retirar/instalar cualquier dispositivo o accesorio.

Durante la operación de la herramienta, mantenga la guía de profundidad en su lugar todo el tiempo. Para obtener mejores resultados, ajuste la guía con las perillas (6) para permitir que la broca sobresalga aproximadamente 3,2 mm (1/8") por sobre el material que desea cortar.

INSTALACIÓN Y EXTRACCIÓN DE LA BROCA (FIGURAS F, G)

PRECAUCIÓN Peligro de laceración. Apague la herramienta y retire el paquete de baterías antes de realizar ajustes o de retirar/instalar cualquier dispositivo o accesorio.

1.Retire la guía de profundidad con el extremo de la llave suministrada, según se muestra en la Figura F.

2.Para reemplazar la broca, mantenga presionado el botón de bloqueo del eje y gire la tuerca del collar (9) en sentido contrario a las agujas del reloj con la llave suministrada, según se muestra en la Figura G.

Retire la broca vieja. PRECAUCIÓN

Riesgo de quemadura No toque la broca

 

ni la tuerca del collar durante o inmediatamente después de cortar el material. La

 

broca o la tuerca del collar pueden estar lo suficientemente caliente como para

 

quemar la piel.

 

 

4.

Coloque la broca nueva.

 

ADVERTENCIA

Peligro de laceración. Las brocas están afiladas y deben tratarse

con mucho cuidado.

 

PRECAUCIÓN

Cuando reemplace las brocas, no coloque el lado de las

ranuras dentro del collar. Esto puede romper la broca.

5.Mientras presiona el botón de bloqueo del eje, gire la tuerca del collar con la llave en el sentido de las agujas del reloj, para ajustar bien el collar.

PRECAUCIÓN Nunca ajuste el collar sin una broca instalada.

6.Coloque la guía de profundidad. NOTA: Durante la operación de la herramienta, siempre mantenga la guía de profundidad en su lugar todo el tiempo.
