The description entered here must match the name of the event set up in the RISS Scheduler. Otherwise, the RISS Launch Manager will fail to complete processing when this rule is executed.

4.Click the Information Stores tab. A rule must have at least one information store associated with it. Click Add to add an information store.

The Add Information Stores window appears.

5.If you want all mailboxes defined in the mailboxes information store folder to be processed, select All Known Mailboxes. If you want specific Mailboxes to be selected for processing, select the Mailboxes folder in the upper left pane.

6.Click the Conditions tab.

The Edit Conditions window opens. Initially the template contains one condition. The rule looks for messages with a class of IPM.note.

CAUTION:

Do not remove or change conditions without direct instruction from HP technical support.

7.To add a condition to the existing list, click Add.

A window appears, containing a list of all the possible conditions.

As an example, if you wanted to add the condition to look for messages with attachments over 90 days old, you would select Attachment Age in the Attachment Age folder.

8.In the Attachment Age folder select Attachment Age choice. Click OK. An “Edit the Condition” panel appears. Change the appropriate parameters and click OK.

9.Click OK to add the condition.
