Control Center Menu Bar Features

File

Send Plot File

Print a PLT or PLX file.

Download Firmware

Allows the user to download the lat-

 

est firmware version for the printer.

 

See the section Downloading Firm-

 

ware in the Routine Maintenance

 

chapter for more information.

Exit

Exit the Control Center.

Communications

Settings

Select the COM port and baud rate

 

to match the printer.

Send Command

Permits advanced users to manually

 

enter commands.

Automatic Buffer

Creates an End of Frame command

Closing

after a long communications delay.

 

By default this is set to On. Turn off

 

for MAC computers.

USB Info

USB Info displays hardware and

 

driver information about the direct

 

USB connection.

Tools

Aux Sensor

When checked, disables the Paper

 

Out sensor. The default is On. (The

 

Paper Out sensor is an option on the

 

printer.)

Cartridge Calibration

Displays tools to adjust print

 

cartridge alignment. See Routine

 

Maintenance for more details.

Size Calibration

Allows adjustment of the size cali-

 

bration settings. See Routine Main-

 

tenance for more details.
