Battery pack does not charge

❏If the adapter is plugged into a power strip, unplug it from the power strip and plug it directly into an electrical outlet.
■Make sure the battery is correctly inserted, and, if required on your notebook model, locked into place.
■Replace the battery pack. It may be defective or have reached the end of its useful life. Battery life varies, because it is affected by power levels and maintenance and storage practices.
