Listening to Messages Remotely

You can pick up your messages from any touch tone telephone using your PIN (personal identification number) Code. Select a 3-digit number that you will remember.

Important! If you want to access your TAM remotely, you must change the PIN Codefrom the default *000.

Establishingyour PIN code

1Press Menu.

1:Fax Functions will display.

2Press 6.

6:TAM Setup will display.

3Press Enter.

1:Message Length will display.

4Press 3.

3:PIN Code will display.

5Press Enter.

Pincode: *000 will display.

6Type a new 3-digit code (for example, 487) and press Enter.

7Press Cancel repeatedly to exit the menu.
