SERVICE AND REPAIRS

WARNING

Only service personnel trained by Hitachi, distributor or em- ployer shall repair the Nailer.

Use only Hitachi parts supplied or recommended by Hitachi for repair.

All quality Nailers will eventually require servicing or replacement of parts because of wear from normal use.

In order to achieve the optimal performance of the NT50AGF Pneu- matic Flooring Nailer, preventative Maintenance is recommended.

Manufacturer recommends replacement & re-greasing the Piston O-Ring every 25,000 strokes (25,000 Nails). This will help prevent premature wear and/or damage to the Piston & Cylinder and allow the Nailer to be operated at the lower air pressure range.

Manufacturer recommends replacement & Lubrication of the O- Rings in the Valve Body Assembly every 100,000 strokes (100,000 Nails). Again, this recommendation will help achieve longevity and optimal performance of the NT50AGF Pneumatic Flooring Nailer.

NOTE:

Specifications are subject to change without any obligation on the part of HITACHI.
