S’assurer que l’outil est en bon état de marche et qu’il n’y a pas de fuite d’air. En présence d’une fuite d’air, débrancher immédiate- ment l’outil! Le faire réparer dans un centre de service agréé par Hitachi.

Après avoir vérifié que l’outil fonctionne correctement, le mettre en position pour l’utilisation. Toujours mettre l’outil en position contre la pièce à clouer avant d’appuyer sur la gâchette et de frapper le percuteur.

La cloueuse NT50AGF comporte une gâchette de sécurité qui empêche son actionnement accidentel si le percuteur est heurté par mégarde alors que l’outil est branché sur la source de pression. Appuyer sur la gâchette de sécurité pour activer la cloueuse. Le relâchement de la gâchette engage le dispositif de sécurité et rend la cloueuse inopérante.

Pour utiliser l’outil, appuyer sur la gâchette de sécurité alors que l’outil est en position d’utilisation et frapper le percuteur (no réf. 47) d’un léger coup de marteau.

Si aucun clou n’est éjecté au premier coup, en donner un deux- ième. Cela assure que la lame d’entraînement/le piston est correct- ement réenclenché (no réf. 36) et qu’il sera en position pour éjecter le clou.

ÉVITER DE COGNER FORT SUR LA CLOUEUSE – une force statique de 40 kg suffit à l’actionner. Cette force est facilement atteint avec un léger coup de marteau. Si la lame est gauchie ou arquée, frap- per plus fort sur le percuteur pour la redresser. Éviter de toujours cogner à pleine volée, car les coups de marteau abusifs à répétition peuvent endommager l’outil ou ses pièces internes.

NE PAS FRAPPER FORT SUR L’OUTIL

Ne pas frapper fort sur l’outil. Un coup léger suffit pour l’actionner. Un recul de marteau de 30 cm est suffisant.

Cette cloueuse est alimentée par de l’air sous pression. Pour l’actionner, il suffit d’appuyer sur la gâchette de sécurité et de frap- per légèrement le percuteur.
