La información referida en este manual está concebida para asistirle en el mantenimiento seguro de la pistola de clavos.

Algunas de las ilustraciones de este manual muestran detalles o aditamentos que difieren de los de su propia pistola de clavos.

MANTENIMIENTO E INSPECCION

ADVERTENCIA

•Desconecte la manguera de aire y retire todos los clavos de la pistola de clavos antes de:

1)Realizar el mantenimiento o inspección.

2)Despejar un atasco.

1. Despeje de atascos

En caso de un atasco, se puede abrir la portezuela (Ref. No. 22) desenroscando los dos tornillos de la portezuela y liberando la misma (vea las figuras 1 y 2). (No es necesario retirar la suela para retirar y colocar la portezuela). Siga las instrucciones men- cionadas abajo.

¡DESCONECTELA INMEDIATAMENTE de la fuente de energía hasta que despeje el atasco!

Retire todos los clavos en el cargador.

NO HAGA PALANCA PARA ABRIR LA PORTEZUELA. Desen- rosque los tornillos de la portezuela con 1-2 vueltas. Hale la portezuela hacia abajo como se muestra y retírela de encima de los tornillos a través de las ranuras de la portezuela como se muestra en la figura 1.

Después de retirar la portezuela, retire el clavo atascado. Inspeccione para cerciorarse de que no se ha dañado la cuchilla propulsora, la guía, la portezuela, el cargador o el vástago del propulsor. (Si ha tenido lugar algún daño, repárelo inmediata- mente antes de conectarla a la fuente de energía y continuar).
