SERVICE ET RÉPARATION

AVERTISSEMENT

•Toute réparation doit être confiée à des techniciens d’entretien

•formés par Hitachi, le distributeur ou l’employeur.

Pour les réparations, utiliser uniquement des pièces fournies ou recommandées par Hitachi.

Toute cloueuse de qualité aura un jour ou l’autre besoin de répa- rations et certaines pièces devront être remplacées par suite de l’usure normale de l’outil.

Pour que la cloueuse pneumatique à plancher NT50AGF donne un rendement optimal, il est recommandé de procéder à son entretien préventif.

Le fabricant recommande le remplacement et le graissage du joint torique du piston après 25 000 déclenchements (25 000 clous). Cette mesure aidera à prévenir l’usure prématurée et l’endommagement du piston et du cylindre et permettra de régler la cloueuse à une pression moindre.

Le fabricant recommande le remplacement et la lubrification des joints toriques du corps de soupape après 100 000 déclenchements (100 000 clous). Cette mesure permettra d’obtenir un rendement optimal et de prolonger la durée utile de la cloueuse.
