Maintenance and annual startup

General:
•Address reported problems
•Inspect interior; clean and vacuum if necessary;
•Clean condensate trap and fill with fresh water
•Check for leaks (water, gas, flue, condensate)
•Verify flue and air lines in good condition and sealed tight
