Cambio de la cuchilla superior

Para quitar la cuchUla:

_ Cuchilla superior C2_Tornillo hexagonal _3_Pasador de tope _4_Cuchilla inferior

Apague el interruptor de encendido y desenchufe la m_quina.

Abra la tapa de los ojos-guia y la tapa lateral.

G/re el volante de mano hacia Ud. hasta que la cuchilla superior alcance la posici6n m_s elevada.

Saque el tornillo hexagonal y quite la cuchilla superior.

Para colocar la cuchilla: _ Cuchilla inferior _2_Tornillo hexagonal C3_Pasador de tope _4_Cuchilla superior

(5_ 0.8-1.5 mm (1/32 to 1/16")

]ntroduzca la nueva cuchilla superior en la ranura del soporte de la cuchilla y el pasador de tope, luego apriete ligeramente el tornillo hexagonal.

G/re el volante de mano hacia usted hasta que la cuchilla superior est6 en su posici6n m_s baja.

Afloje el tornillo hexagonal y ajuste la posici6n de la cuchilla superior para que el borde de la cuchilla traslape la cuchilla inferior 0.8 a 1.5 mm (1/32 a 1/16") desde el borde de la cuchilla inferior tal como se muestra.

Luego, apriete firmemente el tornillo hexagonal.

Cierre la tapa de los ojos-guia y la tapa lateral.

Limpieza del brea de la cuchilla superior

Apague el interruptor de encendido y desenchufe la m_quina. Abra la tapa de los ojos-guia.

Cepille hacia adelante los desperdicios con un cepillo para pelusa.

Puede usar una aspiradora para limpiar el _rea de la cuchilla superior y el trinquete de avance.

La cuchilla inferior durar_ algo m_s de un afio bajo uso normal. Sin embargo, si pasa sobre ella un alfiler o un objeto duro, es posible que sea necesario cambiar tanto la cuchilla superior como la inferior al mismo tiempo.

Changement du couteau sup_rieur

Pour enlever le couteau:

_ Lame sup6rieure _2_Boulon _ six pans _3_Cheville _4_Lame inf6rieure

Mettez la machine hors tension et d6branchezqa.

Ouvrez le capot des boucleurs et le capot lateraL

Tournez le volant vers vous jusqu'_ ce que la lame sup6rieure atteigne la position la plus 61ev6e.

Retirez le boulon _ six pans et la lame sup6rieure.

Pour attacher la lame: _ Lame sup6rieure _2_Boulon _ six pans C3_Cheville

_4_Lame inf6rieure

_5] 0,8 _ 1,5mm (1/32 _ 1/16 pouce)

Ins6rez une nouvelle lame dans I'emplacement du support

lame et de la tige d'arr@tet resserrez 16g@rementle boulon _ six pans.

Tournez le volant vers vous jusqu'_ ce que la lame sup6rieure soit _ la position la plus basse.

Desserrez la vis hexagonale, ajustez la position de la lame sup6rieure pour que celle-ci d6passe de 0.8 _ 1.5 mm (1/32

1/16 pouce)

le bord de la lame inf6rieure comme illustr6.

Resserrez sol/dement la boulon _ six pans.

Refermez le capot des boucleurs et le capot lateraL

Nettoyage de la zone de la lame sup6rieure

Mettez la machine hors tension et d6branchez-la.

Ouvrez le capot des boucleurs.

Enlevez les peluches en brossant par devant _ I'aided'une brosse _ peluches.

Vous pouvez utiliser un aspirateur pour nettoyer les griffes d'entrai'nementet la lame sup6rieure.

En conditions normales d'utilisation, la lame inf6rieure dure plus d'uneann6e. Si elle rentre en contact avec une 6pingle ou un objet dur, vous devrez probablement changer la lame sup6rieure et inf6rieure en meme temps.
