1.1WHICH FRYER DO I HAVE?
There are many models and options available for the gas fryer, each with its own model number. To find out which model you have, look inside the door at the equipment identification plate. This plate has a lot of useful information. The model number identifies which fryer and what features you have. A brief description of each model and its features in Table
