6. MENU FUNCTIONS

Alarm(4-1-3)

This function means that the first digit of the PIN code must be entered within 10 seconds after the STOP-button has been pressed or the mower has been lifted up for any reason. If the correct number is not entered after three attempts, the alarm sounds. The alarm can then be stopped by entering the complete PIN code.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The alarm can be activated on the mower using the Alarm function. It is recommended that this function is used.

To:

Activate: Move the cursor to Alarm and press YES. Select ON to activate and press YES. Then specify for how long the alarm should sound, by answer the question Duration of alarm?.

Deactivate: Move the cursor to Alarm and press YES. Select OFF to deactivate and press YES. When you select OFF, the alarm function is also deactivated.

GPS (4-1-4)

GPS anti-theft protection offers increased protection and control of Automower®. If the mower is moved outside the preset protection area, you will be alerted immediately via SMS. New SMS are sent with updated location details as the Automower® is moved.

For more information on how you use this feature and which preparations are required before you can activate this function, see 3.9 Activate the GPS anti-theft protection area on page 37 and 4.3 Using GPS-communicationon page 39.

To:

Activate GPS anti-theft protection area: Place the mower at the central point for the required protection area (see 3.9 Activate the GPS anti-theft protection area on page 37). Place the cursor at GPS and press YES. Select ON to activate and press YES. Await a confirmation SMS that the new central point has been activated.

Deactivate the GPS anti-theft protection area: Place the cursor at GPS and press YES. Then select NO and press YES.
