This information is cleared upon restarting or power cycling the unit. To clear the Call Logging information manually, use terminal emulation software to enter the command AT\N0.

Troubleshooting

What if no information is displayed? If you enter AT\N but the Call Logging information is not displayed, you may not have Caller ID provisioned on your ISDN line. If you would like to use the Call Logging feature, contact your telephone company and have them enable Caller ID. Note that there may be an additional charge to add this service.
