Oven Light Bulb

Beforereplacing bulb, disconnect power to ovenat themain fuseor circuit breaker
panel. Be surethat the entireoven .cavityincludingthe light bulb is cool before
attemptingtoremove.
To replace light bulb:
1. Carefully remove the glass light lens and lens
retainerby removingthe two screws in the light
lens retainer using a phillips screwdriver.
Note: Thelightlensisseparatefromthe lightlens-
retainer.Thetwopieceswilldrop downintoyour
handsat the same time. Do NOT removethe
remainingtwoscrews.
2. Toobtain firm graspon bulb, wear protective
rubbergloves.Removebyturningbulbtotheleft,
Donot touch a hot even'light bulb with a damp
cloth asbulb will break, Note: Ifthe bulb does
breakandyouwishto removeit,be certainpower
supply is disconnected and wear protective
gloves.You may contactyour authorized Jenn-
AirServiceContractorfor service.
3. Replacebulb witha 40 watt oven-rated appliance
bulb. Bulb with brass base isrecommendedto
preventfusingofbulbintosocket.
4. Placelightlens insideof_ightlensretainer.Hold-
ingthelight lensandlens retainerin place,insert
thetwo screwsinto the light lensretainer and
tighten. ;;

Access Door

The accessdoor is easilyremoved to clean under
the rangeif necessary.To remove door, pull door
down and lift off pivot points. To replace door,slide
door over pivot points; lift up and insert prongs into
holesin the range.
Toavoid the possibility of accidentally disconnecting
any part of the ventilation system, do not use the
areabehind the access door for storage.
