The oventhermostatknobcan beadjustedif theoventemperature istoo low or
too highandthelength oftime to cook ALL foods is too long or too short.Do
NOTadjustthethermostatknobJfonlyoneor two itemsare notbaking properly.
To adjust tit*=thermostat knob:
Turn the oven thermostat knobto OFF._ _-Trlsngle
Removethe knobandturn it to the under-

movethetopscrew by rotating the knob _
onenotch,as notedbyoneclick,in direction

apparent,tighten screws until clicking is

IMPORTANT:Theoventhermostat knobshould beadjustedone notch and then
theovenshould betested.(We recommend baking2 -- 9"yellow layercakes using
a purchasedboxmix.) If theoven temperatureisstill too low ortoo high, repeat
theproceduredescribedabove.
Ifthe knobisrotatedtoo faror in the wrongdirection,rotatethe knobinthe opposite
directionuntilthe centerof the screw is directly underthe triangle,which isthe
startingpoint.Initiatethe procedureagainuntil thedesiredtemperatureis reached.
