•Forbetter browning,largepanssuch as cookiesheets, or rectangularbaking
pansshould beplaced /engthwise, front toback, on therack.This centers
the food in front ofthe convectionfan for betterair circulation which gives
betteroverallbrowning.
• Cookiesheets should be without sides andmade of shiny aluminum. The
bestsizeto useforcookie sheetsandjelly rollpansis 151hx12-inches(overall
size,includeshandles).
