Forbetter browning,largepanssuch as cookiesheets, or rectangularbaking
pansshould beplaced /engthwise, front toback, on therack.This centers
the food in front ofthe convectionfan for betterair circulation which gives
betteroverallbrowning.
Cookiesheets should be without sides andmade of shiny aluminum. The
bestsizeto useforcookie sheetsandjelly rollpansis 151hx12-inches(overall
size,includeshandles).
