	Symptoms		Possible causes	Remedial actions
Bad quality images.		The Display Properties are	Open the Display Properties for your screen and configure it to

			The camera is not focused	Referring to the on-line help, adjust the White Balance setting and

	No images available in your		ActiveX disabled.	If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer, ensure that ActiveX
	browser application.			has not been disabled.
			Java disabled.	If using the Java Applet for viewing images, check that Java is
				enabled in your browser.
