State Activity

After setting up the LACP aggregator, port state activity can be configured. Mark the port and click Apply . The port state activity will change to Active or Passive depending on its previous state.

Active: The port automatically sends LACP protocol packets.

Passive: The port responds only if it receives LACP protocol packets from the opposite device.

Note	1.	A link having either two active LACP ports or one active port can
		perform dynamic LACP trunk.
	2.	A link, which has two passive LACP ports, will not perform dynamic
		LACP trunk because both ports are waiting for an LACP protocol
		packet from the opposite device.
