1. Connect your smartphone to your computer.
2. In the BlackBerry Desktop Software, click Organizer.
3. Click Configure beside the organizer data type.
4. Click Advanced.
5. On the Folders tab, click Select different <organizer data type> to sync.
6. Highlight the contacts application, calendar, memo folder, or task folder, and navigate to the correct folder. Click
Add.
7. Click OK > OK.
Synchronize your organizer data
Before you begin: To perform this task, you must first set up organizer data synchronization. Also, on your BlackBerry
smartphone, wireless synchronization must be turned off for each type of organizer data that you want to synchronize.
1. Connect your smartphone to your computer.
2. In the BlackBerry Desktop Software, click Organizer.
3. Review the organizer applications and settings that are selected for synchronization and, if necessary, make changes.
4. Click Sync Organizer.

Change your conflict notification
If there are conflicts between the data on your BlackBerry smartphone and the data on your computer, you can choose
how you want to handle these conflicts and how often you want to be notified.
1. Connect your smartphone to your computer.
2. In the BlackBerry Desktop Software, click Organizer > Organizer options.
3. In the Conflicts section, click a notification method.
