The Standard ACL instance (config-std-acl) is used to manage the standard Access Control
List entries associated with the controller.
To navigate to this instance, use the command:
RFController(config)#ip access-list standard [<A CL-name>|
<1-99>|<1300-1999>]
RFController(config-std-acl)#
