Wireless configuration commands

Configures watermarks for supporting bursts of broadcast/multicast frames

Supported in the following platforms:

•Mobility RFS4000 Controller

•Mobility RFS6000 Controller

•Mobility RFS7000 Controller

Syntax

multicast-throttle-watermarks low <0-100> high <0- 100>

Parameters

RFController(config-wireless)#multicast-th rottle-watermarks low 10 high 20

RFController(config-wireless)#

low <0-100> Sets the low water-mark. If the percentage of free packets in the

system is lower than this threshold, the incoming frame is

dropped.

high <0-100> Sets the high water-mark. If the percentage of free packets in the

system is between the low water-mark and this value, the packet

is subjected to a random-early-drop. If free packets are greater

than this value, the packet is processed.
