Paper is jammed inside the MFC.

1Open the control panel cover by lifting it toward you, and then lift the top cover

toward the back.

2 Remove the jammed paper.

Note If the jammed paper is under the Print Head, unplug the MFC, and then you can move the Print Head to remove the paper.

3Close the control panel cover and top cover.

Paper is jammed inside the front of the MFC.

1 Pull the paper toward you.
