Basic Receiving Operations
Choosing the Receive ModeThere are three different receive modes for your MFC. You may choose the mode that best suits your needs by pressing Receive Mode repeatedly until the LCD shows the setting you want to use.

*In FAX/TEL mode you must set the Ring Delay and F/T Ring Time. If you have extension phones on the line, keep the Ring Delay set to 4 rings.
