1Liquid Crystal Display (LCD)

The LCD displays messages to help you set up and operate your FAX.

2Shift

Accesses the second number stored on each One Touch key (5-8).

3One Touch Keys:

These 4 keys give you instant access to 8 previously stored auto dial numbers.

4Copy Keys:

Enlarge/Reduce

Lets you reduce or enlarge copies depending upon the ratio you select.

Options

You can quickly and easily select temporary settings (for the next copy only).

Copy

Makes a copy.

5Redial/Pause

Redials the last number called. Also inserts a pause in auto dial numbers.

6Reports

Accesses the Reports menu so you can select a report to print: Help List, Auto Dial, Fax Activity, Transmission Verification and User Settings.

7Dial Pad

Use to dial phone and fax numbers and as a keyboard for entering information into the FAX.

(For Canada Only): The # key lets you switch the dialing type during a telephone call from PULSE to TONE.

8Hook/Hold

Lets you dial telephone and fax numbers without lifting the handset.

—OR—

Lets you place telephone calls on hold.

9Search/Speed Dial

Lets you look up numbers stored in the dialing memory. Also lets you dial stored phone numbers.
