Setting Fax Storage
If you select Fax Storage, you will be able to retrieve fax messages
from another location us ing the Remote Retrieval commands.

Press Menu, 2, 5, 1.

Press or to select
Fax
Storage.
Press Set.

Press Stop/Exit.
If there are faxes in the me mory when you select Off in Menu ,
2, 5, 1, the LCD will ask if you want to erase the faxes in the
memory:
■If you press 1, all fax data is erased and Fax Forwarding or
Fax Storage is turned off.
■If you press 2, faxes are not erased and Fax Storage stays
on.

If there is a power failure, you will not lose the faxes. They will
remain in the memory for up to 4 days.
