Routine maintenance

Cleaning the scanner

Turn the MFC power switch off and unplug the MFC from the AC

outlet.

Lift the control panel cover .

Clean the white bar and the gl ass cover.

Moisten a small piece of clean sof t, lint-free cloth with isoprop yl

alcohol and carefully remove dirt from the glass cover and the

white bar of the scanner.

Close the control panel cov er.
