Paper is jammed.
1.Display shows PAPER JAM. Open the control panel until it clicks into place.
Remove any free paper in the document and paper feed trays, and the handset.
2. Remove the jammed paper.
3. Turn the ink film forward so it doesn’t sag or become creased.
