System Requirements

•Activated Broadband ADSL Line

•PC with a Client Adapter

•Microsoft® Windows 98SE / Me / 2000 / XP / Vista™, Macintosh OS or other Operating System with TCP/IP Protocol Installed

•Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher

Netscape Navigator 4.7 or higher for Web-based Configuration

• CD-ROM Drive

Internet Connection Settings

Please collect the following information from your Internet Service Provider (ISP) before setting up the ADSL2+ Wireless-G Modem Router.

•Internet connection protocol - (PPPoE, PPPoA, Dynamic IP, Static IP)

•Multiplexing method or Encapsulation - (LLC or VC MUX)

• Virtual circuit - VPI (Virtual Path Identifier) - (a	number between 0 and 255)
• VCI - (Virtual Channel Identifier) - (a number	between 1 and 65535)
• For PPPoE and PPPoA users - ADSL account user name and password

Please refer to the Quick Setup Guide for a list of the most commonly used settings for your country.
